About Us

Real estate and the relentless pursuit of creative business endeavors is in the Nordheimer family blood. The Nordheimer Company is now a third generation multifaceted real estate and investment office.

Brad and Rod grew up in the real estate world at a very young age around their father and uncle and learnt the business from the ground up.

Rod Nordheimer

Co-Founder, Partner

Rod has a passion for making things happen and seeing projects come to life. Rod’s real estate expertise derives from a lifetime of hands-on experience amid a family of real estate experts and from serving in marketing and development roles for redevelopment projects across Washington, DC.

Rod is a graduate of Menlo College in Atherton, California with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. He lives with his wife and two sons in Bethesda, MD.

Brad Nordheimer

Co-Founder, Partner

A passion for real estate and an entrepreneurial spirit have driven Brad’s ventures over the past two decades. Brad lends his experience in managing the financial aspects of the business, and in construction management and property valuation to the partnership.

Brad is a graduate of the University of Denver with a BSBA degree in real estate. He lives with his wife and three children in Bethesda, MD.
